AUSTRALIA Shipping

Customers have two delivery options.

  • Economy (Tracked - FREE) : Items are sent via Royal Mail and are delivered by Australia Post. Delivery can take between 7 to 14 working days. You will be emailed a tracking number and website link where you can track your item.
     
  • Express (Tracked – $12.99) : Items are sent via FedEx International . Delivery can take between 3 to 4 working days. FedEx will email you tracking number and website details. Please note FedEx does not deliver to P.O.Boxes.
     

INTERNATIONAL Shipping

Customers have two delivery options.

  • Economy (Tracked - $9.99) : Items are sent via Royal Mail and are delivered by relevant country’s national postal service. Delivery can take between 5 to 21 working days. You will be emailed a tracking number and website link where you can track your item.
     
  • Express (Tracked – $29.99) : Items are sent via FedEx International . Delivery can take between 2 to 5 working days depending on your country. FedEx will email you tracking number and website details.

General Shipping Information

Please read the shipping information below in accordance with our terms and conditions which contain important terms for our deliveries.

  • We dispatch any order made before 2.00 pm (GMT) on the same working day (weekends, public holidays and bank holidays are not considered as a working day). Orders placed after that will normally be posted on the next working day.
  • Any order made on weekends, public holidays or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • You must provide us with correct details including the full delivery address in order to process your order quickly and efficiently. It is highly recommended that your delivery address is the same as your billing address. Your order will be subjected to a fraud risk assessment and the order could be withheld or delivered to your billing address if the risk of fraud is anticipated as high.
  • You must provide your email address (for your order confirmation) and preferably your contact number for any communication if necessary. You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched.
  • All items are shipped from our warehouse in United Kindom. We are not responsible for any charges/duties/taxes levied by your local customs/tax authorities.
  • Please read the information below for estimated delivery times for different services. In some cases delivery may take longer than stated due to security and customs clearance.
